Cartel Auto Parts is a family owned & operated business established in 1968. Our facility is located on approximately 15 acres in Southwest Philadelphia. We offer quality new & used parts, and a wide variety of rebuildable vehicles. Our inventory is tracked & monitored by Hollander Power Link Yard Management Computer System for efficient & fast location of parts and items.

We are active members of PARTS (Pennsylvania Automotive Recycling Trade Society). We stand behind our products. We carry thousands of quality used parts, most of which include a warranty. We sell hundreds of rebuildable cars, trucks, SUV’s & vans at unbeatable prices.

We will go the extra mile to find what you need at an affordable price. We will work with you to find a part you need if we do not have it through our Hotline that is connected to local yards to find parts.

Payment Information

All payments to us are made via credit card as a deposit to secure the vehicle, & full payment is made by wire transfer, straight deposit, money order, or cashiers check within seven days of deposits unless arranged prior to posting deposit.

All transactions require a $100 documentary fee state tax for Pennsylvania customers, & $150 fee for out off state customers. Wholesale & international buyers are welcome.

Do we ship vehicles oversease?

Yes, we can ship your vehicle over seas. If you go to our shipping / exporting page, we have a list of companies that ship worldwide.

Are we a You Pull it yard?

No, we are Not a You Pull it yard.

Do we take Junk Cars?

Yes, we do take junk cars as long as you have the correct paperwork for the vehicle, title, registration, owners card etc. We also offer free towing for any vehicle being junked.

What do I do if a part comes up No Match for the part I am looking for?

If a part you are looking for does not match anything in our inventory, give us a call and one of our trained personnel can help you. If may be possible that the individual part you are looking for, has not yet been logged into our inventory.

If I need a part should I call first?

We suggest that you call first, for the reason that it may save you time of waiting for a part to be pulled or found but walk-ins are most certainly welcome.

Can I pay by credit card?

You can only pay up to $1,000 dollars on a credit card, we will hold the vehicle for seven days; the remaining amount will need to be paid. We accept wire transfers, money orders, and cashiers checks. You may pay cash on pick up with in the time frame.

How do I send a deposit by credit card?

We can fax or email a credit card form to you or you can print it out yourself. Please be sure to fill it out completely and fax it back or email it to us. One of our secretaries will charge your card and give you a call to finalize the purchase contract.

What does lot run and drive mean?

This means a vehicle can run or drive in and out of our lot or onto a transport truck or trailer but cannot drive a long distance due to the current accident.

What is a Bill of Sale?

It means the vehicle or motorcycle will come with a Pennsylvania Bill of Sale, no title.

Does our company arrange shipping?

Yes once we receive a deposit on a vehicle we can help find the cheapest shipping rate possible.

Do we offer any estimates on damages?

No we do not offer any estimates on any of our vehicles. You are more than welcome to give us a call and one of our experienced sales reps will do a walk around the vehicle for you.

Can the buyer send his or her own inspector?

Yes anyone is more than welcome to look at the vehicles or do an inspection for a customer.

Do we charge any other fees?

Yes we charge a document fee on every vehicle.

What is collision damage?

It means the vehicle has been in some kind of accident.

What is mechanical damage?

It means the vehicle will not start or have some kind of mechanical damage.

What is fresh water damage?

It means the vehicle sustained some kind of fresh water damage.

Do you offer any warranty?

All our vehicle are sold as is with no warranty of any kind. It is up to the buyer to check to see if the vehicle they are purchasing still has a factory warranty.

Are deposits refundable?

No, deposits are not refundable.
